Forsbrook School Council
What is a School Council?
A school council is a group of elected students that work with pupils and staff to further develop our school and highlight any areas for discussion.
The members act as a voice for their classes and attend regular meetings where we discuss a variety of suggested projects and ways in which we can support the development of our school, including fundraising for both charities and in house projects.
How we elect our members?
Each year we carry out a democratic vote to elect two members for each class. These two children will represent their class for the academic year and will feed back suggestions from their year group at each school council meeting.
