Easter Labyrinth Event at Blythe Bridge Methodist Church

Christian Distinctiveness

What a wonderful morning Year 4 had at Blythe Bridge Methodist Church, taking part in the Easter Labyrinth event. We made handprints, washing our hands afterwards to represent washing sins away, decorated rocks with messages of hope and travelled in and out of a labyrinth that took us on a journey through Jesus’ time on the cross and the days until he rose again. Finally, we watched a short film of the Easter story. The children and staff thoroughly enjoyed the experience and are very grateful to Sophie, Reverend Jonathan and all of the lovely volunteers for inviting us.
