The children in the Year 1 class took part in a special interfaith workshop, delivered by The Faith & Belief Forum, which promoted respect and understanding of each other’s backgrounds. The children had special visitors from a variety of faith and belief backgrounds who told the children about their personal stories to faith.
The workshops allowed for the children to:
- Develop empathy and understanding of different worldviews
- Explore common values and celebrate diversity
- Challenge stereotypes and misconceptions
