Our geography unit took us on a journey to discover the Greece and its beautiful islands. We learned about the landscape and tourism. In English, we wrote persuasive brochures to encourage people to visit Greece.
In science, we learned about evolution and inheritance. We explored how animals and plants adapt to suit their environment.
Our artwork was inspired by the artist Mike Barrett and we expressed our identities by producing layered portraits. We enjoyed seeing our work displayed in a whole school art gallery.
We also visited the library where we learned about the services they offered and took out books. During internet safety week, we learned about AI technology and how this will impact on our lives. We finished the half term exploring mental health awareness week and created a piece of art considering what matters to us.
