What an amazing half term it has been in Reception Class, learning all about real life Superheroes.
The children kick started their learning with a trip to Apple Tree Town to engage in exciting role play scenarios with their friends.
Returning to school, the children began their Literacy learning based on the story ‘Naughty Bus’. The children were shocked to find a crime scene in the classroom… they became detectives and discovered the Naughty Bus had been up to no good!
In Maths, the children have explored the wider mathematical world of measure, including height and weight.
In other areas of learning the children have developed their performing skills through singing songs and watching their performances back.
They have also created lots of amazing artwork, explored exciting countries during Travelling Tuesday and become excellent gymnasts in PE.
